If there is one thing that I have learned in life, through many trials of the past; God is in control. He is my shield and my exceeding great reward.
I do not need to know the exact details of tomorrow.
I need to know the anchor on which my hope is based.

God has a plan of good for my life and for my family. The moment in which I am moving is drawing very near and the date of start for my job is not yet known. Perhaps that would cause some to tremble just a little; yet, I know that God has ordered this move and has ordered the timing, so I have no fear. I know who goes before me and I know who holds the answer to it all; therefore, I stand in elated joyful hope every day as I watch Him perform His miracles. In July, I knew that I was to be going; but I did not know how or when. Throughout my drive back from Missouri, I had prayed for God’s guidance and that He move the mountains. I have watched as mountains have fallen before me. I stand amazed at how God had orchestrated changes in my own heart over the past year and a half; preparing my heart to leave. Change can at first be hard, particularly if you believe that you were sent somewhere as a mission. I had been sent to Florida 10 years ago on God’s command. Yet, I felt I had not finished the mission I was sent for, so chains bound me to stay. God broke
those chains and made me realize that my part of the mission was complete and before God could finish the work He had sent me to start; I must move on to another field. He will finish the work and to Him only goes the glory. (I Corinthians 3:) 6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.7 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
So, when God says Go; what do you need to remember.
1. God is in Control.
2. God leads the way.
3. God has the plan
Therefore, you only need to trust, believe, and follow. There is no room for fear or trembling.
"19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?" Numbers 23.
Hebrews 6: 17 Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:
18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;
20 Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
My hope, my excitement, my joy is anchored by God, in Christ Jesus and His promise of Future Grace for every moment of my life to come.
Question: On what do you base your hope today?
I found this incredible song this morning. My desire for you today is to feel the hope that fills your soul because you know God holds tight the anchor and no storm can change His plan of good for all who believe in and proclaim His name.
